Something is broken
Write to hello@stashlyo.app and tell us which platform, and roughly what you were trying to download. Please do not send us the link if it is private or sensitive — the platform name and the error message are usually enough.
Before writing, it is worth trying the private-window test in our troubleshooting guide. It resolves the large majority of failed downloads in about thirty seconds.
